Staying Off Property for the first time in a while

As the title says we are styaing off property for the first time in almost 7 yrs, not because we want to but becase we have 3 families going together and want to try and stay in one location. I have been trying to find a house in the general area of Disney so we aren't on the road all the time and also something that will sleep 6 adults and 8 kids. I have been trying VRBO.com but their searches leave a lot to be desired, so does anybody know of any other sites that specifically deal with the Disney / Orlando area?
