Staying CL - would you do Ohana Breakfast?

Hi,

Doing two nights CL at the Poly prior to a cruise. For cruise day, I was thinking of Ohana, but since there are breakfast items available in the lounge, it seems silly to then pay for breakfast... But such a good way to start a cruise!

I keep going in circles with opinions. So many decisions for a vacation!!! It's exhausting.

What are your thoughts?

I would book Ohana and wait to see what your budget is closer to sail date. Easier to cancel then decide later that you want to add it.

The food at 'Ohana breakfast is nothing to write home about. It's no better than what you will get in the lounge or at Captain Cook's. The only reason I can see eating breakfast at 'Ohana is if you want the character interaction (Mickey, Pluto, Lilo, and Stitch) and the fun atmosphere.

We like ''Ohana for breakfast but IMO you really do not have much time to add in TS brreakfasts unless you are looking for a character meal. If so, then 'Ohana is fun and one of our favorites.

I prefer Ohana breakfast to club level breakfast. (Limited options which bored me after 1 day, as they do not change). I would book it, then after your 1st CL breakfast you can decide to cancel if you prefer.

LOL! If my husband joins us I have to book breakfast at least a few times, even when staying CL. He just cannot eat that food more than once or twice without feeling deprived of his breakfast. The last time he was with us, and I told him I had not made breakfast ADR's because we had it included with our CL fees, we had a mutiny, and he and several of the family headed down to the restaurant to eat their bacon and eggs. I think that even with all the perks we enjoy staying CL, if Buddy joins us, we are better of with th DxDDP and booking TS breakfasts several times duing the stay.

Love it! I might just plan on CL with a trip to capt cooks if required
