"Stay out of the damn lakes" and don't use some plastic water bottles

wait until you try the new TWO CREDIT Le Cellier Snakehouse.

Breaking News! WDW cancels new Kaa character meal after the sneaky snake is caught on camera rubbing his body inappropriately all over a woman's chest. Her lawsuit will reportedly ask for millions in damages, as she can no longer work, watch Animal Planet, or even use the toilet for fear a snake will pop out and bite her butt.

You're a vile one, Mr. Kaa!

The 3 words that best describe you are as follows, and I quote,
"Stink, Stank, Stunk!"

Ok, I'm going to be a party pooper by not continuing on with the Dr. Seuss stuff because I wanted to mention something.

I don't know much about chemicals that may or may not be in your bottled water, but I did want to mention that buying spring water in plastic water uses a LOT of petroleum. Oil is used in the production of the plastic. ANd it is used to ship the bottles.

Instead, you could bring a filtered water pitcher and fill up a resuable aluminum water bottle. You have the initial post of the filterring system and the bottle, but don't have to pay $2.50 for water.

Well, you could just make a fire, get some water from the lakes or lagoons and then boil it. Everyone's safe.

Hmm, now how and where can I make a fire at WDW????

I believe that would be in one of the designated fire circles at Ft. Wilderness unless you borrow the fire dancer's torches from the Polynesian Luau.

There's plenty of fire at Epcot. Just wait till Illuminations.

oh, but the machinery to mine the ore to make aluminum surely uses diesel. the transportation of aluminum billets, for sure those awful diesel tractor trailors. and the smelting plants to make the aluminum, well Lord knows all the soot they spew into the atmosphere not to mention the fuel they burn for heat.

oh the horror, the dilemma. what do we do for our water?

So, now on the list of what might kill you at WDW:

1. Amoebas
2. Alligators
3. Snakes
4. Bottled Water
5. Cell Phones (they can cause brain cancer)
6. Monorails (don't cell and operate hovercraft)
7. Rides
8. An oversaturation of Pixie Dust.

Anything I'm missing?

Rope drop at DHS as the hoards of fanatical TSM fans make a mad dash to the FP machine and front of the line while trying to stay ahead of the Brazillian tour guide with 200 room keys in his hand. :rotfl:

**edit** typed in robe drop instead of rope drop. The last thing we need is a robe drop as long as WDW has a groping Donald Duck on the loose. LOL

Wait until one of the many flash-storms in the summer months and tilt your head backwards?

:worship::rotfl2::worship::rotfl2::worship::rotfl2::worship:

I love all the Dr. Seuss DISers! Being a preschool teacher makes me appreciate you all the more! Thans for bringing a giant laugh to my day!

PS- I've ordered a cake for DHs birthday while we're on vacation...do you think they'll bake a cake with lake snake water? Maybe have it delivered by a Brazilian tour group and a groping character? Anyone ever done this? How much did it cost?

Ooh that IS good news!! I've been wanting to get one of these. Has the code come out yet?

Now back to your regularly scheduled shenanigans.... :upsidedow

Not specifically...but someone reported that they do have the info in the computer so if you call and order they may have it...

How inspiring!!!

How about this:

Stay out of the Lakes!!!
Dr. Witz does say.....
Beware of the snakes!
And Bisphenol A!!!

Potions and toxins,
Studies do say....
Beware of the snakes!!!
And Bisphenol A!!

Green Eggs and Ham
From some guy named Sam,
Takes us into the pits!!!
Says Dr. Witz!!

It's not the leaching..
Oh no, we must dread!
The Dis Board has spoken!
The good doctor said!!

Plastic and water
Some folks say...
May doom your daughter,
From Bisphenol A!!!

Run for the hills,
Run do I say!!
Forget not the vicitms,
Of Bisphenol A!!

Burma Shave.

Haiku very much!!

Pirate Jeff.

My family is going for an 8 day stay in a month and I need some advice. We are really trying to stay within our budget. Has anyone had any luck bringing snakes into the park and requesting ice water to put them in? If so, where do you purchase them in Orlando? It has been a real pain flying with them ever since that damn Snakes on a Plane movie.

Also, do they need refrigerated or can I just keep them at room temperature?

Can someone please tell me if they are having any Snake Lake Water tastings at the F & W Festival this year? If they are a special F & W dining experience I need to know so I can purchase my reservation soon if they aren't already sold out.

I don't know about the water, but last year they did have snake wine neer the China pavilion I believe.

Here is a pic from last year.

Yes, you can bring your own snakes into the parks, provided they are not in glass containers, unless of course the snake is for a baby (baby food/drinks in glass containers are allowed). I don't think the snakes need to be refrigerated, however some prefer them warmed, especially on a cool evening. Just don't try to bring your own microwave to use in your room. You'll have to heat your snakes in the microwave at the food court.
