Melissa - what a great job you are doing!!! Phase 1 isn't easy girl so I give you a lot of credit for going back to it. I bet you look great in your jeans! Keep it up and you'll be in Phase 3 in no time. I'm a little confused though, am I promoting you to Sergeant? Has it been 2 weeks for you? Let me know. Oh, and back away from the wine! 






I am going to try to keep the weigh ins down to at most 1time/wk and try for every two weeks. We all exercise for the most part routinely and we will be gaining muscle which may look like slow or no wgt loss but actually is FAT LOSS! So every 2 weeks is my goal. I am babbling now so I will stop! Can't wait to read about everyones success tomorrow!
