Stateroom charges question

It's me and my sister in a stateroom. Will we both be able to charge our own things (drinks, shopping, etc) to our own credit cards? How does this work with the same room number?

Yes when you do online check in you can specify a credit card for each person in the room.

Exactly. I was so worried before our first cruise but it was pretty seamless to get done during check-in.
