So, just read about the Star Wars show. We have one day planned for DHS and had decided on the Beauty and the Beast show, Frozen sing a long, and rides. My DD 4 and husband are big fans of Star Wars so now I'm thinking we should see this show too. We like to take breaks in the afternoon (will be at BWV). How does this itinerary sound? This is for February 2017

Muppets at rope drop
Star Tours (FP)
Anna and Elsa sing a long
Lunch- Sci Fi Dine In
Meet Chewy or Kylo Animation Courtyard (Visa entrance)
Beauty and the Beast show (FP)
pool (break)
Star Wars Show (do we need FP?)
Dinner at Brown Derby lounge

Muppets at rope drop seems like an odd choice - you can walk on to that one anytime. But I guess if you're not doing Toy Story... What about Voyage of the Little Mermaid?

We have not been to DHS in some years and last time we were there Muppets was popular. I'll move this to later in the day. We will do Toy Story FP and LM then. Do either require FP?

The Star Wars show is the center stage show and no fastpass is offered. It is not worth it for even big fans.

If your DD and husband are such big star wars fans why not sign her up for Jedi Training Academy? That would be a much better use of your rope drop time to get signed up and fit that into the schedule.

Absolutely agree with this. My kids will never forget this experience.

Toy Story should be rope drop or FP, or the wait will be long.

Actually, I rode it last night for the first time in many years. I went in standby and it said 50 minutes but took more like 30 minutes. The kicker, only about 15 people came in the line behind me so by the time I got off the ride it was walk on. This would have been about the time that everyone was in line for fantasmic.

My recommendation for the moment on tsmm is rope drop, fastpass or go on starting about 15-20 minutes prior to fantasmic (if your not seeing fantasmic). Then you can ride a couple times in a row, and go get a nice fireworks spot nearby.

Kylo Ren and Chewy are open to everyone, not just Visa cardholders. There is a separate Visa meet-and-greet with "someone from the First Order", which means probably either Storm Troopers or Captain Phasma.

My son and I liked the Star Wars show, though it wasn't much of a show.

Don't forget to stick around to park close for the fireworks!
