Are the Star Wars Weekends character meals only done Fri-Sun or the whole week?

We booked the Star Wars Dine-In Galactic Breakfast for a Tuesday so I know that option is available outside the Star War weekends.

The SW meals begin May 4th and are available daily through June 14th.
