Stalking DISers.... continue here

Went to MK today and this morning walked onto get this Haunted Mansion, Peter Pan, Snow white, Pooh, Teacups, Buzz was about 15 minutes. We did Transit and no wait for that, COP was no wait. At one point we walked by Indy and it was 10 minute wait. It got busy after 12 but before then it wasn't bad.

The rain isn't bad, yesterday was the first day it was bad but it was later in the afternoon.

Sorry to hear you weren't feeling well during vacation. I find that the worst thing possible - sick AWAY from home. My brother had a massive kidney stone attack Memorial Day weekend when he and his wife were in Newport, RI. Had to go to the hospital and everything... What an ordeal! Bad enough to go through that - but away from home - UGH! :headache:

It definitley wasn't fun being sick at the beach!! I went to the dr today and he changed my med and gave me a shot. I am feeling some better tonight...I have to go back to work tomorrow...yuck!! I know that was awful for your brother. Paul has had kidney stones and they are definitley no fun!!

Just to update on Paul's job situation...still no paycheck for May...he packed up his office this afternoon and will be checking with his now former boss weekly until he is paid. But on a lighter note he started contract work today for the company that he inverviewed with a couple of weeks ago. Please pray that it becomes permanent soon.

Will do!!! (St. Joseph is the patron saint of workers - he's always come through for us! )

Just so ya'll know there are OTTERS at DTD. One ran right in front of us on the bridge to PI from Marketplace, almost over my sister's foot. :faint:

Thank you!!

This time next week you will be on your trip...what are your plans?

We've made dinner reservations, but aside from that, I am going to look at EMHs and see what day we might want to do which park. lol I'm just not a big planner when it is VACATION - we like to play it by ear a bit. We sort of know ahead of time which parks for which days, but as for attractions - we do it as we go. I think we will try both water parks this trip. We'll see how the weather holds out.

All our clothes are on the guest room bed - we will pack this weekend...

I remembered from last year that you didn't make a lot of plans. The water parks sound fun...we have never done them. So I can't wait to hear about them. Hopefully you'll have great weather.

I found out some really sad news when I got to work this morning. A co-worker of mine and his wife were expecting triplets (2 boys and a girl) and she lost them all this past Saturday. She was somewhere between 19 & 21 weeks...no one at work can remember for sure. My heart is just breaking for them right now. Please say a prayer for them.

How SAD! :( Poor family! :worried:

We've been to the water parks before - last year we did Blizzard Beach and the year before we did Typhoon Lagoon. I prefer BB, Dana liked TL better. Bob likes them both. ;) He's so easy going! We will go to BB first for me, and then try to get TL in for Dana later in the trip.

2 days Rene! I know you are getting really excited! I hope you have a wonderful time.:drinking1 :drinking: :drinking1 :drinking::rolleyes1

Thank you! We are all packed - checking three bags... just can't seem to pack any lighter than that. I refuse to do laundry while on vacation, so that's part of the reason! So far JetBlue doesn't charge for the first bag per person.

Town car picks us up Tuesday at 5 am.. Taking Mocha to "the inn" tomorrow.. he has the "Prince Package" - costs more per night than what we are paying at the Dolphin! :lmao: Can't complain, though, they take such good care of him and he's happy.

I am bringing my laptop, so maybe I'll be able to post some "Live! From Disney!" reports. :rotfl:

Have a great time Renee.... I wish I was there .. but I am here with all the craziness going on.... graduation is this Saturday.... Baccalaurette (spelling??) is thursday and Maggie is a featured speaker... Satruday was the last dance rectial (15 years)... plus work, etc.... Daniel has his last exam tomorrow... biology... it is a state exam - not a local high school one so he has been preparing for it... aleast he says that....

Mandy... sounds like you had a great time....

we are looking at a Feb 09 trip... if the airfares would just come down a little!!!

next few weeks will be busy... so I will try and stop by when I can...

Courtney - going back to work is the pits..... but look what you have to come home to.... see is soooooooooooooooo cute!!!

have a great week everyone!!!!!

Renee - I hope you have a wonderful time...I will look forward to your updates if you have time!

Wendy - Wow...life sounds busy for you now! I hope all of your events go well!! Tell Daniel good luck for us.

Having a wonderful time! Weather hasn't been as nice as the past two years, but it is workable. Today we had room service breakfast and are going to relax by the pool for a bit and then head to the Studios. Dinner tonight is at 50's Prime Time....

We still have two full days after today.... it's been a bit more "relaxing" this trip. We are "debating" returning next year for the fourth straight year, and REALLY relaxing.. we'll see. Bob's employee rate is just so hard to pass up! :thumbsup2

Will post pictures when we return.... :hippie:

Good Lord I dont' log in for a month and I miss a lot!

Sorry been really busy with work and etc.

Rags and I celebrated our one year anniversary on June 16  . I had not been feeling well  so the next day I went to the doctor's and went in to see him. Of course he wasn't there, so I saw his partner. Anyhow, come to find out I was pregnant :scared1: , but also having some bleeding:scared: . Took a couple of levels throughout the week, and unfortunately on Friday I was told my body was having a miscarriage and I did infact lose the baby:sad1: .

So that weekend went by in a crying sad fog. I am okay though. We weren't really trying yet, but once we knew we were so ecstatic (though in the back of my mind I was like, "Damn, I'm going to disney in August pregnant?? YIKES:eek: ") but unfortunately it was not our time to become parents yet.

We'll be trying lots of times after the vacation in august

Hope everyone is doing well. I read so many posts that I'll be here for 2 weeks responding to everyone. I hope you are all doing well.

OH YEA.......52 days til Disney!!!! :cheer2:

Oh, Scilla... how sad for you and Rags. I know the fact that you weren't trying yet doesn't make it any easier. Here's hoping for quick success when you return! And by the way... if your Dr didn't suggest this, go ahead and start on prenatal vitamins now, so your body will be completely ready when you get ready to try again.

Renee... how is it going? I hope you are having a wonderful time! I am anxiously awaiting some pics!

Wendy... I hope you get a minute to slow down soon!

Sonya... Is everyone finally feeling better? I know when I get really sick like you all did, it can take awhile to really get over it.

Things are busy as always around here. I took Tucker to summer camp yesterday. It is his first camp experience, so I hope he is doing well. I think Avery and I are probably having a harder time than he is, though! I pick him up Wed at 10PM. Then Thursday at 7AM both kids are leaving for a week in Chicago with Wynn's parents. Boy, it is going to be lonely around here! :sad1:

So sorry about your miscarriage :(...
I had 4 miscarriages in a row before my last child was born. It is hard, I can completely understand about the crying sad fog, I have had many of those during my losses.
