SSR purchase DVC direct purchase, points avail now?

For anyone who has just recently purchased SSR DVC direct points, will you have immediate access to your points or are you having to wait until another Phase opens to reservations?

I'm not sure about right now, but when I bought in February I had (actually still have to) wait until August 1st to receive my points. I was able to make a reservation right away though for any time after August 1st.

Reportedly they are selling contracts with a February Use Year with the first set of points available now.

We purchased SSR in June, have a September use year and had points available immediately for post-September reservations. We reserved at SSR for January 2006.

I just purchased on Friday and I got Dec use year and the banked all 2004 points! I had them available to use right a way.
