SSR Promotion/Resale Values/ROFR

I saw a good post in another thread by Tom (I think) about how he thinks the current SSR promotion will affect resale values at other properties. Unfortunately, I can't find it a second time

Is anyone out there willing to speculate on this topic? How do you think the SSR promo will affect DVC's ROFR decisions, especially at non-SSR resorts? Very curious...we're deciding whether to buy SSR or try for a resale somewhere else.
