Hi
we're staying at SSR and i want to buy a one day park ticket + the water park option.

Due to it only being a 1 day ticket, i can't buy it online ahead of time. Do you know if i can buy one at SSR when i arraive?

also are all tickets vaild for 14 day from 1st purchase?

Thanks for your help
Ruth

Expire 14 days from first use I believe.
Not from purchase.

I can't remember what the resorts sell with the new Magic Your Way passes. I haven't purchased at the resort in a long time.

You should be able to get your pass at SSR when you arrive. If not, try guest services at Downtown Disney.

You can buy directly from the WDW website but there is a $3 shipping charge unless you set it up for will call. There is no discount for pre buying so you may as well get your tickets at the SSR desk.

Can I suggest you buy the water park ticket separately? It will actually be way more expensive to combine it to a one-day ticket (as they charge you the same upgrade fee as a multi-day ticket).

Also - if you ever plan on visiting WDW again, I suggest buying a multi-day ticket with the "no expiration" option - it will be much cheaper in the long run.

I hope they have a better price for you at the resort than the online one listed for a one-day with water park option!

Have fun!

Thanks for the help.
My understanding was, that if you buy the waterpark option added onto the 1 day ticket, that you got 3 WP or otherl options , eg 3 seperate tckets for the water park or Disney quest. I think it add $50 on, whcih for 3 opions sound pretty good too me?.
i could be wrong though!

From what I looked at you are correct in the 3 plus options added to the ticket. They expire 14 days from first use of the ticket so if you plan on doing a couple of water park days, a park day and a trip to PI or DQ it could be a good thing as the total price comes to over $170 for the ticket or a little over $40 for each item.

This is correct. You can use a MYW 1 day ticket with the 'water parks and more' option on 4 seperate days if you wish, up to 14 days from the first use of the ticket. This should justify the cost to upgrade to the 'water parks and more.'

As others suggested, it is much, much, much more cost effective (per day) to purchase a 7 day MYW ticket with no expiration and water park and more option (and you can save a little bit more by buying that type of ticket in advance also). You could use a 7 day ticket over your next SEVERAL visits to WDW. If you only care to the major theme parks for one or two days on each visit, that could concieveably be 4 or 5 visits!

I just glanced at the WDW site ( http://tickets.disney.go.com/buy/TicketTrans?storeID=DRD ) and excluding any options the per day costs if you buy 1 day are $67/adult vs only $30/day if you buy 7 days. Of course you need to factor in the cost of the no expiration upgrade and water parks and more (3 options that expire in 14 days on the 1 day vs 6 options that will NEVER expier until used on the 7day with no exiration).

Have fun planning!

After a little more research, there are special tickets for residents of the UK available. They may not fit you needs though, as I do not beleive you can add a 'no expiration option' to them.

lots of info on the mousesavers site (first link) http://www.mousesavers.com/specwdwtix.html

and also from undercover tourist, who is legitimate, authorized WDW ticket seller http://www.undercovertourist.com/un...lando/attractions/disney/magic-kingdom.html#3

Likely more info than you need, but I thought I would post it incase it might be of value to you or others.
