Sorry...I forgot to email you, and let you know that I sent them your way! Things have been slightly busy around here! Glad they got to you safe and sound! I figured I pop in quickly and say hey!

Just got back to work about an hour ago, I spent the morning with my Grandma at the hospital...She has been diagnosed with congestive heart failure, and they admitted her. My mom came to the hospital, so I went back to work to catch up on paperwork and the other things.

Thanks Julie, my mom stopped there this morning on her way into work, and said she was doing a little better, her oxygen level was up where it should be, and she was feeling more upbeat and sounding like herself. I'm planning on stopping there tonight after work!

Mary Congratulations on another grandson. Your son looks pretty proud! 8 lb 10 oz - yikes! Max is adorable! When we saw John last Friday he said she was pretty miserable waiting for the delivery especially since she was way past the due date. Glad everything worked out.

We went up to Wide World of Sports yesterday and got to meet some Disney Channel celebs. I'm lucky Emma came home with us, because Nick Jonas hugged and blew her a kiss and now she's convinced they're going to get married.

We're spending the weekend up there after our soccer game to go to the concert. Word is Miley is going to be there!!!

Nothing overly exciting happening here in NY. We are having a new roof put on and the guys are up there banging away right now.
All our great weather from the last 2 weeks disappeared and is darn chilly and wet. To make it worse Jeff & I have Boy Scout leader outdoor training this weekend so we will be camping out while Nick is at my parents house all nice and toasty warm (there is just something wrong about that).

No major news to report here. Just growing a baby (or olympic gymnast). My baby shower is this weekend and then next weekend Matt and I are out of town for a wedding. I can't wait to catch up with my college buddies but finding a dress for a black tie optional wedding has been interesting - it's a serious Wear ONCE dress... I refuse to spend a lot of money on it!

Walker has a special "friend". I hear at school some of the other boys are making up stories of the dates that they have been on and comparing them to Walker. I also hear that one of his friends wants to double date with his girlfriend and Walker & his friend. OMG, they are only 8!

Cindy - that is just too funny. Nick had a friend the last 2 years - she really liked Nick and I gather he could care less. But I asked him about Paige last week and he said they talked and she decided they could be just friends for a while........ I laughed. He said we were not even boyfriend /girlfriend. She is a cutie though. He went to her birthday party last year and was the only BOY. The girls all pinned him to the ground so paige could kiss him - he was ready for me to pick him up when I got there....

Poor Jeff. I hope he was a better sport than I would have been with that in my hair if I were him.

Erin, Walker's little friend was the only girl invited to his birthday party. On their first "date" I asked her who at school she was friends with and she said, actually, I'm friends with most of the boys, not the girls. I thought, no wonder Walker likes her, she's just like one of the boys.

It's a wet, cold and windy day here. We just came back from Cameron's baseball game where it rained on us along with the wind blowing. At least his team won!! Walker's umbrella turned inside out and it gave him something to occupy his time taking it apart once it did. I'm still freezing and tempted to crawl underneath the covers and hide there for the rest of the day. But, Walker has hockey and now he wants to go early so he can warm up and skate earlier than his class. Gary & I are heading to get some hot coffee before hand. At least inside the ice rink there is no wind.

Tomorrow is soccer, again outside, followed by hockey. Cameron is also planning on getting another airplane ride with the young eagles program. Hopefully the weather will be a lot nicer and the sun will shine.

Where did spring go?

It's down here in Southern IN, so that means it should be at your place soon! While things did cool off some yesterday, due to the rain we had on Friday, the sun was shining at it was really nice. Ken did some work getting ready to paint our house, and I took a walk to the library and did some yard work. It was windy but I was comfortable in jeans and a T-shirt.

Hang in there Cindy! Spring is on it's way!
