Springtime Surprise Weekend 2025 (April 3-6)

This is me logging on to disboards wondering if there are any updates to the themes even though I also this past April during the 10 miler said NOPE NEVER AGAIN hahaha but here we are.

Sooooo when do we think themes will be announced?

Probably early august we still need princess themes to drop

Jumping into this thread. I just realized SS weekend coincides with my daughter's spring break and she's been dying to go back to Disney. I love that she is 17 years old and still likes to go to Disney! I've been missing runDisney races, I haven't been since Goofy 2020, so this could be a win win for the both of us. Looks like I've got about a month to decide if we can swing it.

We are out of dvc points and that’s a terrible time of year for me.

My kid LOVES Baymax and I'm actually considering signing up for the challenge just for the medal. But I will most likely just do the 10k or 10 miler due to time, money, and heat.

I was already going to skip this weekend since I got lured into Princess weekend (Aurora is my girl!), but for once Disney made it easy for me to say no to something. I kind of like Hercules for the 10K, but everything else is a hard pass.

FFS! What do I have to do to get another Star Wars race weekend?!? These are cute, but why not bring back Star Wars?

I have to wonder if they chose a Heroes theme in coordination with the information being released about the Disney Destiny which has a Heroes and Villains theme.

Ok, so is Club runDisney Gold/Platinum registration for Springtime Surprise 2025 on August 13th or August 20th? The email they sent today says the 13th, but the web site says the 20th.

Replying to myself: I suspect the email's wrong, since general registration is August 27th.

Same… I almost want to look now for a charity link for this and then just worry about the 5k during general registration…what are some good charities that have the cost of the bib included in there minimum?
