Spring into May Exercise Challenge

75 min walking for coffee puts me at 120/160.
 
Yesterday and today I have done a lot of walking and working out. The weather is suppose to turn yucky for several days so I wanted to get some major workouts before the weather is bad.

I am now at 540/1000

40 minutes on the treadmill this morning. I've got to start getting up much earlier, so I can do my workout before DS3 wakes up.

Okay I'm off to a rockin' start. I did my 30 minutes at Curves this morning. I was hoping to walk the dog to her vet appointment but it decided to pour outside so had to drive so instead of an extra 30 I only got 30 so my total

I am off to a slow start this month. Yesterday had to become a rest day and only 31 minutes speedwalking today. 31/1100
 
Wowee there are a lot of people exercising this challenge! I got in 45 mins of walking and a 10 min arm workout for a total of 55 mins today and overall . . .
