Spring Break Crowds Have Arrived!!

And Michigan schools have the first full week of April off.

Hate to disappoint you, but many schools in WI have that same week off.

All right. All right. We will make room for the badgers and the wolverines.

NYC and surrounding suburbs are not joining the Easter crowd this year. We are getting Passover week off, last week of April.

I never experienced the park at full capacity, but I can imagine the crowd. OMG, even crazier than the summer. This is the reason why I strongly suggest my friend NOT to go to WDW on Easter 2017. Hope she listens. She said she will check out Disney Cruise. It will be pack too but nothing like WDW.

Not around here in Michigan. (Tri county area.). It's about 1/2 and 1/2. Half the week before Easter (Mar. 19-27) and the others Good Friday through the week after Easter. (Mar. 25-Apr. 3)

add at least part of Georgia to the first week of april spring break... we are braving Disney world that week too. We are planning rope drop at one park and then evening fast passes at another park with a break in the middle and one sit down ADR at the evening park.

Last time we went (with the new FP system), we ended up not spending that much time in the parks. It was nice to have the Fast Passes, but beyond that the lines were crazy and we'd end up leaving the parks instead of waiting in the lines. That was June. I think they need to funnel more people to Epcot by adding some attractions. They seem to have the real estate for it, and the park itself wasn't that busy compared to the other 3 parks that trip.

I'll bet there will be lots of Georgians. Whenever we go to Disney on a school break we seem to run into someone we know. Seems to be THE thing to do for school break.

I was so happy this year to see that our break was not scheduled the week before or after Easter. I really don't like it when they schedule our breaks during the most crowded Disney times. Last year we had the week after Easter. We went to Biltmore and Dollywood. Much more manageable crowds.

MA colleges typically have Spring Break during March - what week it is all depends on the school. As for elementary-high school we have a February and an April week long break. I believe this year the April break starts on the 15th.
