So who all has phone interviews scheduled?

I applied early today, around 1 pm EST. About 40 minutes later, I got a "thank you" email, and then about 45 minutes after that I got the invite for the WBI. I did that tonight and got a phone interview scheduled for Wednesday at 10:15 pm EST!

I'm all set up for a phone interview on Thursday at 1:15pm! I'm super pumped. I know my two years of theme park experience makes me a good candidate but I'm still a little nervous.

How long did you all have to wait for the email to do the web based interview? I remember for the Fall 2011 after I applied I could immediately do the interview.

After calling multiple times, I FINALLY got my emails to come through! Yay!

I passed the WBI and now my phone interview is on Monday at 10:45 am. Excited but also nervous!!

My phone interview is on Friday and I'm SO nervous!

Yet, at the same time I'm super excited! I'm trying to get prepared starting right now by looking over some lists of common questions and trying to think of how I'd answer them (In every interview, jobs or otherwise, I can never think of what to say when they ask me "Why do you think you should...?). I'm not going to write a script, but I need to think of some key things to remember to mention!

Just jumping on in... I'm actually in for the PI more than anything but I am applying for the CP just in case! Had my interview tonight and it went well, as always... this would be my 3rd CP if I do accept this. Top choice is merchandise since I've done foods to death... my recruiter actually offered to specifically note I want something new!

Let's see.... he asked me about my top 3 roles and only concentrated on those top 3, and he also asked me about prior work experiences. I feel like those were the 2 major components of the phone interview, and of course I got the 'Why do you want to do the College Program' question. Nothing out of the ordinary.

As an FYI, make sure you get your email. My daughter is currently seasonal so didn't have to do the web interview, just had to call and have them check her record, signed up for Sunday at 12:15. She didn't get an email, so called. The person she talked to then put her in for Monday at 9:00AM. She waited for her email but didn't get it so called again. The person on the phone confirmed her 9AM time. She questioned why she hadn't gotten an email and they looked closer. Apparently it hadn't gone through the system. And of course this time was also gone. She was given Tuesday at 12:15. She now has the e-mail, so all seems fine.

So I just really wanted to let everyone know to make sure they get the emails confirming their interview time. And good luck to everyone.

So my interview didn't start until half an hour after my scheduled time...They seem pretty backed up! That gave me just enough time to be really nervous. They didn't ask me if I was receptive to any roles other than the ones I checked, and although I'd prepared myself for all sorts of questions I only got the really basic ones. My interview was really short, I hope it was enough time to sell myself. Why do you want to be in the program, top roles at Disneyland and WDW, previous work experience and what you liked and disliked about those jobs, and what made you decide to be receptive to both Disneyland and WDW? I wasn't really expecting that last question.

My interviewer also had to call me back to ask if I'd have a car with me if I got sent to Disneyland. She must be having a hectic day...I'm just glad I was still by the phone and remembered to answer professionally the second time as well.

I was told to expect an answer in about two weeks. I'm hoping that short of a timeframe is a good sign.

What number did you call? and which park did you apply to? I applied to DL and havent gotten a welcome email yet. I applied yesterday afternoon. Please please please respond!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want this internship more than anything in the whole wide world!
