Spring 2019 itinerary - around when will it be released?

How far in advance does Disney usually release their schedule? Just wondering when we can expect to see the Spring 2019 itineraries. I believe Castaway Club members can book before the general public... do they email to let you know when you can start to book? Thanks!!
