Women's Health magazine did an article a while back that if you get the compression ones (shelf bra) it weakens the ligaments when you run or bounce up and down, and causes sagging. For high impact, apparently the best ones are the ones called "encapsulation" that have a, um, separate place for each one.
I have Nikes that have a soft roll where underwire would go because I can't see running in underwire....that would hurt? But I like them best. They are about $30 and I hate spending that but I don't want sag either. (it's coming, I know....)
Anyway, look for ones that have distinct, separate places....not necessarily cups but at least places. Wow, hard to talk around body parts on the internet without using anatomically correct terms!
