Spoodles or Boma?

I think it really depends on what park you plan to visit that day. If AK, go to BOMA an hour early to look around the resort, if Epcot or Disney Studios, go to Spoodles and hour earlier to look around the Boarwalk. Both are exceptional resturants and I would not go back to WDW without visting both!

Definitely Boma. I really don't think Spoodles is anything special, but we've enjoyed Boma several times.

I know that there are a lot of meat eaters out there, but if you go to BOMA, tell the chef that you do not eat meat (well, still eat the meat)

we went with friends who are veggies and the chef made them an eddible artistic expression that made the entire resturaunt oogle at our table. It was sooo good and then he brought us deep fried OREOS for desert. It was AWSOME!!!! Just let the chef know that you would like something vegetarian and he will hook you up!

We did both on our trip (Nov 06), and we might be the minority but we hated Boma, but absolutely loved Spoodles.

BOMA! Another vote. The resort is gorgeous and the food to die for. Plus, there are so many things to try, you really can't go wrong. Their soups are amazing, not to mention the desserts and salads. Delish!

Boma is our all time favorite restaurant at WDW. However, this weekend our friends wanted to try Spoodles and we agreed. There is absolutely no comparison. Spoodles has a limited menu (something in every category but not much to chose from). I ordered a seafood stew that I found to be very skimpy and under seasoned. My DW ordered a salad that she found just 'ok'. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and they did not rush us, but we were just not impressed. Boma, on the other hand, makes my taste buds tingle just thinking about it.

We've done both, but BOMA is hands down the better restaurant. We didn't enjoy Spoodles at all. The food was just OK and the service was horrid. BOMA has awesome soups, and our service there (we've been 2x) has always been top-notch!
