Splitting up transpo in Orlando?

I was wondering if it was possible to do one ways with different types of transportation, instead of round trip? For instance, would I be able to take Mears from MCO to ASSP, and then on my trip home, book a towncar service like Tiffany or Yourride, so that I could spend as much time as possible at the park before my flight? Or do you have to book round trip with either?

We have done one way trips, we usually rent a car for the first day, then use Mears shuttle to the airport when leaving.
