If I purchase 100 add on points thru DVC can I split it into 4 - 25 pt contracts and still receive the 100 pt incentives of -$6.25 per pt and 100 developer points?
I know when I added on 110 pts last at AKV, I was allowed to split them into two 55-pt contracts and I got the discounted price, plus double developer points. That was the going deal then.
You can, I did. This may change in Jan though. There really isn't more to keep up with in this situation unless you decide to sell any of the add ons or change the title.

How would I be able change the name of owner on an add-on?
If we purchase the add-on in my husband & I's name, but later wanted to include it in our Limited Family Partnership Trust (LLC), could we simply change the owner name or would we have to "sell" it to the Fam. Part.?

You could do it after market by changing the deed. Fairly simple and inexpensive if you're willing to do a little work yourself. If one wanted to change all, it'd be better to do the change then add on later, save you some effort and money. If you change part but not all, it becomes a separate unrelated contract.

For a trust you should at least get direction from your lawyer as to how it needs to be titled but you can do the actual paperwork and legwork yourself. As I noted, if you title it differently than the master contract, it will become a separate contract just like two different people owned it. To reserve using points from the two different ones (personal and trust contracts), you'll need to reserve separately and link them and/or you'll need to transfer points from one contract to the other POSSIBLY being subject to the one transfer per UY limitations. The other issue which I really don't know the answer to is how the perks work with a trust contract, esp the AP discounts for family members. I would assume the home address of the trustee would be the determining factor but technically a trust can't have relatives. Maybe someone who has their ownership titled in a trust can give you some insight.
