Yes, I am positive that you will find Splenda somewhere onboard during your cruise. I know they keep the Splenda Packets well stocked at the Deck 9 Aft Drink Station, and they always have them at your tables (upon request).
And if they don't. what are you going to do? It's your health, not just a choice. Unless it's just a choice, then it may not be so important to you. If it is important, you'll have at least a small supply with you.

Marc has a good point. They do have all three sugar substitutes; Sweet n' Low, Equal and Splenda, but as a rule of thumb, I travel a lot and always carry a small baggie of Splenda just in case. Even if they have it on the ship, what about any other stop s you may make enroute?

Is there a reason a diabetic should pack Splenda? I'm sorry, I'm not understanding why one would need Splenda in ports, where you shouldn't be drinking the local water anyway. Granted, I'm used to the diabetic FIL sweetening his tea or coffee with Splenda, so that's what I think people just use Splenda for!
I personally prefer Equal, but I did find Splenda tablets (1/2 packet) at the grocery store and plan to carry it with me. It is in a small canister like tic tacs come in with a push button dispenser. As a diabetic I find it easier to make sure I have it with me. I can use either Equal or Splenda, but despise Sweet N Low and that is all you can find at some places.
Christopher, see you onboard. Come find me if you can't find any Splenda.

Maybe I don't understand why it is such a big deal. It has nothing to do with diabetics, but with people wanting to use a sugar substitute to cut down on calories. The OP asked a simple question. I don't understand why people have to be so judgmental.

Yeah, I'm not understanding why Splenda should "always be carried," either. Like m4travel's post below:

m4travel also stated he used it to control his glucose level; I was not aware a sugar substitute was able to affect glucose levels.
And no, I didn't even stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night... I'm confused by the previous posts stating how important it is to carry Splenda with you if you're a diabetic.
Splenda dispenser is AWESOME!!
I carried it on the Wonder last month..but they did have Splenda on every table and Palo brought it to me when I asked for it
