Yes, I am positive that you will find Splenda somewhere onboard during your cruise....and they always have them at your tables (upon request).
And if they don't. what are you going to do? It's your health, not just a choice. Unless it's just a choice, then it may not be so important to you. If it is important, you'll have at least a small supply with you.
Marc has a good point. They do have all three sugar substitutes; Sweet n' Low, Equal and Splenda, but as a rule of thumb, I travel a lot and always carry a small baggie of Splenda just in case. Even if they have it on the ship, what about any other stop s you may make enroute?
Diabetics can't drink bottled water?
Is there a reason a diabetic should pack Splenda? I'm sorry, I'm not understanding why one would need Splenda in ports, where you shouldn't be drinking the local water anyway. Granted, I'm used to the diabetic FIL sweetening his tea or coffee with Splenda, so that's what I think people just use Splenda for!![]()
Maybe I don't understand why it is such a big deal. It has nothing to do with diabetics, but with people wanting to use a sugar substitute to cut down on calories. The OP asked a simple question. I don't understand why people have to be so judgmental.
