I already responded to your sad news. I had mentioned that my daughter had to put her 15 your old cat down the week before. They live in the same building so Bussie was like one of my own. It was an easy descision, he was gasping for air after going into congestive heart failure. Now my 13 year old Golden is failing rapidly. I am taking her to the country this weekend, I know for the last time. She can barely walk and I have decided to allow her to use wee wee pads indoors. The thing that is tearing at me is that she still has enough joy in her heart to wag her tail. I don't know how I'll do it. It is only walking that is becoming impossible, if she were human she' be in a wheelchair, and euthanasia wouldn't cross our minds. Anyone have any suggestion? This is so damn hard.
