Don't be misled by the high post count.....most of those posts of mine are just making sure that VWL doesn't get lost in the great resort battles!


Okay, I like the boards! And they were a great help to me when I was trying to decide whether to purchase DVC a couple of years ago. So I thought that I could "pass the favor forward" by trying to help others who are in the same position.

Definitely addictive!! This is the best place for information and support for all things WDW. The Vacation Club board was definitely the reason we finally decided to buy. We had thought about it for years, but after reading this board for just a couple of months I realized I needed to just take the plunge.
Thanks to all on this board, we made a decision we are very happy with.
In addition the willingness to answer questions for newbies over and over again is a huge help for those just thinking about buying and for those who have just bought.

I go to work at 4 am and I go online and to this forum every morning before I leave for work. I also check every afternoon after I get home. I would say I am addicted!!!!

As more and more folks see the OP, you will see how many others there are. Shhhh - don't tell but sometimes I even check while I eat lunch at work
It is the best source of information there is about all things Disney.

Count me in too!! DH and I went to visit friends yesterday and I overheard DH telling our friends that I spend way too much time on a Disney site! He doesn't understand this since we just got back a month or so ago! Can you imagine? He thinks I'm sick and I have to agree. I've got Disneyitis and if he doesn't watch out he may catch it too!!! My DH thought I was crazy because of how much time I was spending checking the DVC DIS Boards. Now I catch him doing it daily too! Be careful. It is contagious!!!

The Board is like "mini-fixes" till you'll get to DisneyWorld. If you love DisneyWorld how can you not be addicted?

First thing in the morning at work...various times throughout the morning at work...lunch time at work...various times throughout the afternoon at work...right before I leave from work...at night after my son has gone to bed and right before I go to bed...(sounds pretty bad huh?)

Also, I'm thinking of trying to get a used laptop somewhere so I can check in from the comfort of my living room chair while my husband watches his movies that I'm not normally interested in. (I feel like I'm neglecting my family if I go and close myself up in the guest bedroom where our computer is and besides, computer desk chairs are not the most comfortable things around-after 30 minutes or so, my back is killing me!).

But as I said, I make sure I do all this surfing at work or after my son is in bed (or napping) he comes first! My husband on the other hand, can fend for himself

I can't seem to function without reading this section. Is it an obsession? No! Am I out of control? If you ask DH, he'll say yes! Our countdown clock is ticking away and as you can see I have a few days left till we go "home". Everynite I say to my family we have so many days, hours, minutes and seconds. Oops! 12 sec, no! 11 secs, no!, 10 secs. Well, I need to get a syringe and fill it up with wonderful magic potion.

Thank goodness for this board, without it I think I might have gone mad. It keeps me up to date and minute of everything happening within our DVC group. You see I have to check in before I go to work and then immediately after dinner. That is when I spend at leat an hour reading everything.

Do you think we should start a WDW/DVC addiction club?
