I have emailed disney regarding getting an anniversary cake for me and DH and I haven't heard anything back from them and its been 3 weeks?

Does anyone have another email address?

I'd prefer to email rather then call???

Have you checked out hte cake thread on the restaurant boards? There are loads of numbers to call and pictures of different cakes.

My wife ordered me a special Birthday cake in 2005. She didnt have to do anything in advance of the trip just ordered it 24 hours before and it was delivered with a card and baloons the next day.
