It might have been a post partum thing but I saw Empire Strikes Back 15 times at the movie theater the summer my oldest DS was born!!:jester:

Officer and a Gentleman takes 2nd........I'm not sure how many times I saw it exactly but I know it was over 10!!!:)

I've never seen a movie at the theater more than twice, however I've seen Grease and Dirty Dancing at least 100 times each.

Grease was my favorite movie as a kid. During college we used to get drunk and watch Dirty Dancing every weekend. Nobody puts Baby in a corner!

Wizard of Oz and Gone with the Wind and Dirty Dancing. Some combo, huh?

I'm not sure about theaters, but I've seen Jurassic Park over 300 times on my DVD.

I've seen Dirty Dancing about as many times as addicted_to_WDW I know it word for word :)

Also.... Jimmy Neutron and Toy Story I've seen more times than needed... lol

All the Beatles movies. Surely approaching 100 times each.

I'm a big Beatles fan, and I still haven't seen any of the movies. I've also downloaded every single last one of their songs.

I saw ET four times in the movie theater. :) Every other movie I've only seen once or twice in the theater.

The movie I've watched the most, whether in the theater, VHS or on television is Jaws! I can't turn that movie off if I'm surfing the channels and come across it. And I love to pop it in the VCR every once in awhile. :teeth: That shark still scares me!!!!

I know somebody who is a big Jaws fan. He's probably watched over 100 times...

Dirty Dancing and Pretty Woman, too many to even count. They were my favorite movies by the time I was 5.

At the time I didn't really understand the whole hooker thing, but my favorite part was when she went shopping and got to try on all the cool clothes. My mom said she tried hidding the movie so many times because she said, "your too young to be watching this!!!"

Rocky Horror Picture Show... performances every Saturday night for about 3-4 years... that is for me...

DH did Rocky back in the 70's as well as later so add about another year there as well..

Lets say... 4 -5 years for him..

So that would be 208 times for me

And about 260 times for him...

Oh, that doesn't include out of state performances as well...

That is actually in the movie theater, there has been countless times to see it on TV, especially around Halloween time... and on the American Movie Classics ... yes, honest, it was on there...

Its so bad I hear one bar of the music, I can tell you what frame of the movie it is, and what the next line of dialogue is...

Top Gun, Dirty Dancing, Holy Grail, Pretty woman, The American President and any kid movie you can possibly imagine!

I dont get out to the theatre much though.

Really want to see Sweet Home Alabama.

The Waterboy. We watched it every single time it was on Starz or any other movie channel! :teeth:
There are a bunch of movies I have seen over & over & over. We are big movie junkies! :teeth:

Empire Strikes Back

There's no telling how many times I've seen it, but it's in the triple digits.

I think I saw Animal House eight times, at the movies. I've seen plane, train and automobiles, Grease, Dirty Dancing, Vacation, The Wizard of Oz & It's a Wonderful Life many, many times either on tape or tv broadcasts.

I've probably seen Dances with Wolves 15 times.

Grease....1st saw it in 1978 in the movies and have seen and loved it many, many times since.

"Patton" believe it or not. Now you all may know
that I'm a pacifist but I'm also a lover. In the summer
of 1970, I was madly in love with this guy and
to get away from our friends, we'd meet at the
movies across the street from our Frishes Big Boy
drive inn and hang out. Patton ran at that theatre
all summer long and we just kept going so we could
sit shoulder to shoulder and hold hands...
I have no idea what the movie was about other
than the famous scene where Patton delivers
the speech on stage.

National Lampoon's Xmas Vacation, National Lampoons Vacation, Dirty Dancing, Pretty Woman, Space Balls, Young Frankenstein, and Jaws!;)
