I am on calorie restriction (~1200) combined w/ a ton of gym time. I have lost 25 so far and have about 40 to go. I am trying to get most of my calories from healthy sources... lean meats, veggies, fruits, nonfat dairy.

I am glad that I could help. I really like it so far... I am finding out that I am really not eating enough, actually. I seem to barely make my 1200 most days and that is after realizing (like tonight) that I need to eat another snack. I guess it really does get easier to eat less, or perhaps you figure out how to maximize your calories after a while.
I just joined sparkpeople and the DIS team. I have done WW in the past and while I lose 30-40 pounds I think lose motivation and gain it all back.
I think I am going to give this a shot. I love all the tools and hopefully I will be able to make some progress.

I am just focusing on making better choices and trying to only eat when I am hungry. I don't have my official weigh-in until this weekend but I couldn't resist a sneak peek at the scale this morning and I was down.....7 pounds!!!
Incredible! Of course I realize most of that is probably water weight but still it is a great way to start.
