A 3 pound loss for me this week which is great! I was really just aiming for 1 pound since we were traveling for the holiday but I managed to stay on plan even with all of that and only went over my calorie range by just a tad on 2 days. I also managed to continue to exercise while I was gone. :) I did have one day (yesterday) where I only got in half of my water but now that I am back home there are no excuses there.

I have not updated my last 2 weigh-ins but I lost 2 pounds one week and 1 pound last week which puts me at a total of 17 pounds lost.
 
Hey fellow spark people!!:wave: I am new to WISH & to sparkpeople. Almost 2 weeks on sparkpeople & I have lost 4 lbs. (although I have put 2 back on due to water retention!!:mad: ) I have really been good with cardio, not so much for strength training, but I will start that soon.

I just joined the spark team! I have been a member there for over a year, but stopped partially due to laziness, and partly due to being pregnant with my son. My user name is the same over there (Bigolive9). I was going to re-join Weight watchers, but my husband reminded me that Sparkpeople does the same thing, but is free!
My short term goal is to lose 20 pounds by my son's 6 month birthday (November 23).

I just found this thread and joined the team on sparkpeople. I'm still figuring out the site, but am happy to have found you all. It sounds like you're doing great!
 
I weighed in again this morning for the July weight loss challenge and I have lost another 2.5 pounds. :)

38 pounds total and 24 total using SP. :)
 
I'm new to WISH and SP. `(I joined last night) I would love to join your team. I've lost 28# with WW, but I am still eating a lot of junk. I really need to be held accountable.
 
I just joined Sparkpeople yesterday (and had a good day... drank my water, stayed away from the raspberry pie that DH bought). It seems like an awesome site to keep track of everything.
