Hey fellow spark people!!

I am new to WISH & to sparkpeople. Almost 2 weeks on sparkpeople & I have lost 4 lbs. (although I have put 2 back on due to water retention!!

) I have really been good with cardio, not so much for strength training, but I will start that soon.
