Space 220 substitutions?

Do they allow substitutions to the prix fixe menu at Space 220? The one I’m wanting is just a different dressing choice for the steak salad. It says it has a horseradish dressing and I’d much rather have a blue cheese dressing or pretty much anything other than horseradish.

I would imagine they’d let you substitute to whatever dressing they have access to for the other salads on the menu or oil and vinegar. It looks like there may be another choice or two for dressings.

Yes, they can substitute a different dressing for the one on the salad based on whatever is available in the kitchen.

I would temper my expectations for a specific type of dressing since few others appear on the menu. Agree with @Marthasor that availability will be based on what is in the kitchen. Hope you enjoy your meal. It’s fun there.
