Souvenir Pick Up / Resort Hotel Delivery

Having checked online it still says that the souvenir pick up and resort delivery for on-site guests is suspended.
Anyone have any idea if/when this will return.
As we tend to do a Disney trip every 10 years for 2 weeks we tend to go big on souvenirs and liked that we could just get as we saw knowing we wouldn't have huge bags to carry around with us.
I fear this is yet another "brought in due to Covid" but permanent loss of on-site perk due to cost cutting / staff shortages.

Staffing is waaaay to limited for this . When it comes back , it will be most likely at cost.

I wonder how much this has hurt merchandise sales.
I do think when it comes back it will be at a cost when you consider that everything but the loo has a fee now.
