Southwest Vouchers

I have two southwest vouchers. How do you use them? Can you still book over the internet? Do you have to actually go to the airport? Can you use ding? TIA.

My experience with vouchers was just to call and reserve a flight. You then have to go to the ticket counter on the day of your flight and they will ticket you. I don't think there is any way to use them over the internet. Likewise I don't think there is any way or reason to use them with DING!. Why do you need to find a cheap fare if the voucher covers the whole cost.

these are not rapid reward vouchers they are from a credit that was set to expire and i was given these.

If they have a number on them the you just apply that during your payment.

There should be a box to apply vouchers or credit right before you pay.

We've had the paper vouchers before.....

We could only call and purchase the ticket... Then we had to go to an SWA ticket counter within 24 hrs of the purchase. (so had to haul over to BWI for us) to pick up the ticket.

It will not be an e-ticket so you will not be able to check-in online.
It will be a paper ticket so don't lose it.
