SouthWest Vacations/Ticket Upgrade ?'s

First of all I haven't been here in a while. I was moping about a week or two ago about the Disney commercials I was seeing and heaving a heavy sigh everytime I saw them b/c we had no plans to go. Funny how life changes in such a short time. It looks like hubby has given the go ahead for another trip.

So now I'm fast and furious flying around the Disney site and the DIS to get info on a trip for this May. SouthWest Vacations is having the Hopper/WaterPark upgrade promotion and I could book my Disney hotel, flight and tickets through them. Has anyone done this before? What is your experience with SouthWest Vacations? We would be flying out of Buffalo.

I'm also waiting on a quote from Dreams Unlimited about the same promotion. There doesn't seem to be any info on the official Disney site about this promotion. Can I not get these upgrades directly from Disney?

No experience with SW Vacations, but I've never had a problem with purchasing air from them.

Or, by going to the home page and scrolling down. Near the bottom, there's 4 little squares with pictures. ONe of them is for the Vacation Planning DVD. The one next to it is information on the package promotion.

We just booked the last week of April with AAA, and got the ticket package promotion from them. We priced everyone, and this was the best value.
