I know I signed up for a Rapid Rewards account - but I cannot find my number. If I call SW, will they be able to retrieve my info and apply my flights to my account? Can I set up accounts for my DH, DS and DD? Thanks!
 
Hi! I had misplaced my number as well and I called the # and they asked a few verification questions and gave it to me. I'm not sure if you can apply it to fares you already booked though, if that's what you're asking... they'll be able to help you though.

And yes, I'm almost positive you can set up accounts for others in your family..

No, they cannot apply credit via phone or fax, you have to send in a copy of your documents. And, it takes forever! If you go to the rapid rewards section of SWA, there is a FAQ that gives all the addresses.
 
If these are flights you have already taken I think you have to send in documents- if not they can add your RR number to the ones you have scheduled. They did it for me for ones I was taking in April after I booked them online and forgot to put in the numbers. Yesterday I couldn't find the cards and called- she gave me the numbers over the phone and I was able to get everything booked for September. I think you can enroll your other family members online at the SWA site. You will get the number immediately and could then call and ask about adding them to the reservation. If not take the number off the internet to the airport and give it to them at check in.

It does take forever! One other thing I want to add...if you have more than one flight you want them to add the RR credits for, send them separately. I had two flights I was requesting them to add RR cedits to DH's account and they only added one. I had sent them together in one envelope with a note attached, but when I called to see why they only added one, the rep told me to send them in separate envelopes. So I had to send in the other one again. I would say it took over 2 months for them to add the credits to the RR account. :guilty:
 
To add something else - I was just using the RR section of SWA website and found a category to add the RR number online to flights you have not yet taken. At least I guess they are ones you haven't done yet. I see you are traveling sometime soon so you can do that if you booked online to begin with. You just need the confirmation number and your other info. First you can set up the accounts for your family and then go in and add the numbers. Good luck and have a great trip.
