What DID frustrate me was when they began splitting up the credits in the first place. At one time, if there were 4 people on an itinerary and the price went down, you'd only have 1 credit from the price change. If there were multiple fare drops, you'd still only have 1 credit tied to the confirmation number. When they changed that so that each and every change resulted in separate credits and split up by person, that made it much more difficult to use the credits since you could only use a maximum of 3 credit per purchase assuming the 3 credits didn't equal the total for the new purchase (which they rarely do with the break-out of the credits). We had to start splitting up our purchase which I don't like (I know some people do it as a matter of standard practice but I like the single confirmation number for our whole party for each direction).
