Southwest in April?

Good morning all! Obsessive planner here! We are planning to take either the Southwest Splendor or Quest for the West in 2009. Our kids have Spring break in April and were trying to decide on then or a summer trip.
I know April will be cold...will they still do the white water rafting?? I'd love to hear from anyone who has taken this trip in the Spring!

Hi!

Just wanted to let you know that this is the first year that the Southwest Splendors tour is running in April. Last year, the first year it ran, the first tour started May 19, 2007. We were on the tour in the middle of June and the water in the Colorado River was cold. But ABD takes good care of you and meets you with nice big beach towels when you get out.
