Southwest and Connecting Flights

Hi -
I am using Southwest and have two connecting flights.

How does this work for checking in 24 hours before?

Do I have to be at the computer twice- once for the first flight and then a few hours later for the second?

If I use EBCI, do I have to pay for each leg of the flight?

I just asked last week - EBCI would be for the entire flight of one way, and it will check you in for both flights when you check at 24 hours

You check in once, at 24-hours before your first flight. You essentially get a head start on the connection. That's why EBCI checks you in at 36 hours; so people with connections can't jump that line. One EBCI covers your connecting flights.
