Will Southwest airlines incorporate free dining into their WDW vacation packages if the trip is booked and taken on qualifying days?

No. For "free" dining the reservation has to be made with Disney because they pay a commission on the reservation to an airline.

I have also seen the free dining with a vacation package for SWA... JetBlue has them too!

Yes, they absolutely will. I've done it before. As soon as Disney announced free dining, we were able to book with Southwest Vacations with the same deal.

what would be the benefit of booking SWA vacations instead of thru Disney site if FD is offered? is there any? BTW,anyone know if you can book SWA vacays using rapid reward points?

Sometimes you'll get a great discount on the air portion of the package.

We got a great deal when we booked through them. We got 7 days and nights at a value resort, the dining plan (which was the regular plan with 1 counter service, 1 snack, and 1 sit down), 7 day Park Hopper passes, and round trip airfare for $599 per person. We really hadn't planned to go, but with rates that low, who can turn down a week in Disney?
