South west check-in - with a plane change?

Hi all -
I am flying PHL --> MCO with a stopover and plane change in Nashville. I have EBCI, does it check me in for both flights? I am assuming so.
If I didn't have EBCI, would I check in at 24 hour mark and get checked in for both legs, or would I have had to check in for each flight?

Yes, when you have a connecting flight both EBCI and checking yourself in 24 hours out checks you in for both flights. You can print both sets of boarding passes.
