Welcome Lisa. I'm new myself. In day 5 of Phase 1 and Day 2 was just terrible for me, but thanks to the
here, I was able to get through it. Will officially weigh myself come Monday morning for this week's loss. I'm looking forward to the day when someone says "Have you lost weight?"

I'm only on day two of phase I and don't want to blow it. So far I am planning to get filet mignion with veggies and a salad to start. It will probably be a little more fat than I should intake, but I figure it's the best option. I don't know what to do for an appetizer. I could just skip it but I know everyone else will be getting one...
