Hey all. Almost through my first week of Phase 2 (or 1 1/2 as I am watching the carbs). I still have not had any whole grain, unless it was unintentional and I didn't know it. I have loved my berries!! I find I am so full lately I have to force myself to eat. I tend to do a hot breakfast of eggs still, no cereal yet. I just got into a size 5 jeans yesterday!!!! I have one pair of capri jeans that when I fit into them, I know I have reached my goal. I think they are like a 3/4. Anyway, my jeans are all loose, I have obviously lost inches. However, because of work my workouts have been nonexistent. Need to step it up with Pilates again. Otherwise, I will weigh in tomorrow and hopefully I lost a pound or two. I know it goes slower in Phase 2, so I will measure myself as well.
