We skip it. We thought the Monster Sound Show was much better. It's time for a new show in there.
We still go sit in the Sound booths occasionally, I'd like if they'd change that story line too.
Just because we've heard it so many times.

Nope, don't like it. It was the only ride we have every came out of at WDW and laughed at how dumb we thought it was. IMHO.

I'm surprised they keep "Sounds Dangerous" and then get rid of better shows like HOND.

I completely agree with this statement!!!! HOND is gone but this attraction remains!?!?

We've enjoyed Sounds Dangerous every time we've seen it - but we only do it once per trip...that's my limit! My DS's think it's hysterical - but then again, they are rather nutty themselves ;)

I'm in agreement - an update of the story line to *freshen* it up a bit would be nice. But I'd vote to keep Drew Carey as the star of the show!

i will see it if i have the chance...nice place to sit and take a quick nap in a dark & air conditioned environment on a hot summer day....

Sounds Dangerous starring Dreww Carey is awesome. Very entertaining. A must see at MGM!

I agree with Kermit. I have sen it a few times and enjoy it. But I don't need to see it each trip. Too bad they don't make a few of them and rotate them every few months.

I used to really enjoy this attraction back when they used the film with Chevy Chase and Martin Short. I used to make sure all of my guests went to see it. Now I always steer them away from the Drew Carey show.

I love Drew Carey and see it if I have time. The sound effects are neat. I do however miss the Monster Sound show and would be pleased if they brought it back. I liked the variations on each performance depending on who got to play foley artist.

A waste of time. It is not educational--it doesn't show us how they do sound effects for movies and television. It doesn't have any WOW effects that make you wonder what is going on (I had no trouble understanding what each sound was--and the story was lame). It also failed to show how difficult it can be to tell what something is when only hearing sound, or how easily fooled our ears can be. There was a much more interesting booth at The Wonders of Life Pavillion at Epcot. It would play several sounds and have you guess which sound didn't belong. It was interesting because what we thought as rainfall was really something else. An exhibit like that but on a larger scale would be very interesting. But "Sounds Dangerous" was just a waste of time.

Another Ugh vote. I sure miss the Monster Sound Show. Heck, in Soundworks, you get essentially the same thing as Sounds Dangerous in those little booths. The only difference is the few minutes of video. A big drop-off in quality from its predecessor.

Hmm, I saw it on my recent solo trip and while I enjoyed it at the time... I'm not sure I'd really make a point of seeing it again. MAYBE if I had "time" and was on my own... but probably not actually make time for it and certainly wouldn't do it with my kids/family. It would scare the young ones (dark) and would totally bore the older one. LOL

I have never actually seen it, but from what people have been saying, it sounds alright.

It perhaps just hasn't seemed appealing enough for me before, when you have other exciting stuff at MGM???

Don't like saying this but I think it's horrible - the cheapest, poorest excuse for an attraction. I miss the Monster Sound Show. That was fun! If they close this attraction, it'll be FINE with me.

I rarely vote or post on the love/hate or best/wrost discussions, but this attractions invokes such distaste from me, I had to pop in.
This is the biggest waste of space in MGM Studios.

We went past the building when we went, but didn't go it. The whole premise of the show didn't enthuse us.

This was the same sort of impression I had also.

THis is the number one spot in Disney World to take a nap. Dark, nice a/c. Just take your headphones off and ZZZZZZZZZZ. Saves a trip back to the hotel.

I did this for the first time on our last trip and thought it was really lame
