I had a terrible day with that darn "Sorry for the Paws" Message.
Got up at 5:45 and unable to book anything past day 180. My onsite stay dates are highlighted. I can click on them and see availability. Every time I tried to book something I got that awful message. I used to love Lady and the Tramp.
Spent 40 minutes trying to trouble shoot. Changed browsers. Signed out and back in. Cleared Cookies. Checked to make sure I was only listed as the lead in
MDE and not in friends and family. We have no split stay. I read this thread through and still could not get anything to book. Slowly watched all the H&V Fantasmic dinner packages disappear.
Finally called at 7. No Fantasmic dinner packages left. No CRT dinner left. Had to book alternatives.
Called Tech Support. They have no idea. From their end, they could "view it like I see it" and they could book. They put in a ticket.
Checked online several times. Finally, a Fantasmic dinner package appeared! I called. From the time I was on hold to the time the CM answered, there was no more availability. I felt ill.
Checked again later. Another one appeared. I called again. I was finally able to get two separate ressies- one for a party of 4 and 1 for a party of 1 since we are a party of 5.
Pretty much an all day hassle. Still can't book anything more than 180 days in advance, so if a CRT becomes available I have to call again, probably as it disappears while I am on hold.
I did get an email from Tech Support responding to my request to reset a password (???).
Anyone else found anything that worked to fix this problem? I tried on a Mac. I tried on a Windows Machine. I have tried everything I know.
It may be no coincidence that the first two letters of my package confirmation number are FU.
