Sorerer Mickey at Hollywood Studios?

Does Sorcerer Mickey at Hollywood Studios meet in the Animation Building with the other characters? We haven't been to HS in awhile but I remember him having his own space in a building before TSM was there. On the HS map there is only a character symbol on the Animation Building so I just want to make sure we know where to find him!
