:yay: I've had all my fingers and toes crossed and am overjoyed about the KSF offer. Was this just announced today?? :dance3::cheer2:

I just saw it today on the Disney parks blog (never changed my new email address w/ DCL). I just put one on hold...now to figure out how to pay for it! ;)

I'm so excited too! I just started looking into this cruise and now this popped up. I think it's meant to be! It will be our first cruise:cool1:

Little sad. I have this cruise booked in September with two secert port hole rooms. I HOPE they expanded the dates. I did put a hold on the March 20th date, But no SPH rooms. Come on Disney lets include the September dates.

Was all excited until I figured out it was sailing out of California and no stop at Castaway Cay.

I guess we'll just stick to a kids free Podcast Cruise. :thumbsup2

:worship: For us the difference between a Eastern Carabean and the MR was over $2000. We will miss CC but thats a HUGE difference:woohoo:

It's funny because I told my friend to wait before booking on carnival because Disney might run a kids sail free promo.

I put a hold on the March 20th cruise. So did my best friend. Her first Disney cruise, my second. I warned her that Disney will ruin her for all other cruise lines!

Now just gotta make sure my husband can get the vacation time. Thank goodness for holds!

Does anyone know if you can rebook onboard and get KSF?

We are debating doing this... Book it now, or hope that it is still available when we sail and book it then ang get the larger OBC...

According to the offer details, it can't be combined with any other offers, discounts or onboard credits. So I would guess you cannot get it along with the rebooking on board offer...but it never hurts to make a phone call and ask someone in person!!

Is your cruise before July 31st - the deadline for booking this offer? I would book it now, if it were me.

I am debating! Right now I am booked on the Dream for Oct 2011. I can take a 7 day cruise vs a 4 day cruise for about the same price. The cons. It's on the Wonder and I want to see the Dream. Also we were going to stay at WDW before we left on the Dream. I suppose we could go to Disneyland but it's not the same in my opinion. Also tips would be more but airfare is about the same. We would also have to find somewhere to stay in LA. And as the PP said there is no Castaway! Booking is through July 31st 2010. Uggg! Decisions Decisions!

I booked this cruise while we were on board last December, and yesterday my TA changed it to the KSF deal. She was told that the offers cannot be combined. She said we were still saving more compared to the onboard booking deal. Every bit helps! The amount we save will cover our daughter's flight to CA.

You can not keep the onboard credit ( for booking on the ship) if you book this cruise.
I just called.

Works out, that we got a better deal sticking to our original booking. We got the 20% deal off for being on the cruise that never ended ( back in Feb.) and $200 stateroom credit for each room.

2 Cat 11C's for $3291.65. plus $400 state room credit for a family of 5. Pretty sweet deal.

With this new booking we would only save $95.00 on one room ( three in a room ) and no savings on the other room ( two in a room-so no deal) and loose the $400.00.

This deal is good for families of 4 that want one room, and haven't booked on board.

Wanted to add,

That if we booked ONE Cat 4c, we would have to pay $935.00 more, and loose the $400 onboard credit. ( so technically $1335.00 more ).

Not sure if it's worth it. I've always wanted to try a veranda, especially with 3days at sea.....:scratchin

but I also like two rooms (with three boys the extra washroom and TV are such a bonus!). We have been upgraded twice to a Cat #9 from a 12, so not sure if I should change to a veranda or not.
roll the dice and stay with a Cat 11c......hmmmm

Sorry... off topic but wanted to share.

So, I got the best Birthday present today... My travel agent called and told me this morning that they adjusted the cruise price for our MRC!!!! It saved us over 1200$!!!!! Really, that was amazing. :cool1::cool1::cool1:

Need a lil' help, please. I booked an MR cruise (for Feb. 2011) a while back thru Disney online and when I go to check my reservation, I cannot find anywhere to add the code. Is here a place to do this or do I need to call Disney to apply this discount? I'm really hoping we can get this deal applied to our existing reservation!

My first cruise, so this is all new to me. :confused3

Thank you!

I too was excited to see the Kids Sail Free offer and we booked last night.
Just have to pay the deposit in next few days.

Had been looking at this cruise for a month and was wondering if they might offer something like this and this promo was the deal breaker for me to decide to book.

I would call to make sure it is all in place. This should not be a big deal at all.
