I finally made my way back here for a run update. A part of me can’t believe how far behind I am in these posts, and another isn’t surprised because of how busy I've been.

Today was supposed to be a 2 mile Easy/LR, but I switched it with tomorrow’s 6 mile run to adjust for a meeting. It was also supposed to be a nutrition practice day, but I wasn’t able to prepare for that today (fail to plan, plan to fail), so I didn't do my standard pre and post food.
