     Holy Moly!!!! You're right....thank goodness for insurance....not a bill you need at this time of the year!

Eh, don't worry about "ketchuping"...we don't expect you to go back and read over 20 pages! :rotfl2: Just "hey...wassup?" By the way, are you guys still leaving the 26th? (our arrival day)....

Hey I don't remember, you guys going in June or July this year?

We don't know for sure yet. Things are changing AGAIN at DH's work. They still rotate shifts, but they have cut out one shift and they are working on a new schedule. We don't know what it's going to be yet, so it could change. He told the guys at work that his wife was gonna be PO'd when they started jacking with the schedule again....I had it all planned out on the best dates according to the shift he was scheduled to work, but now it's up in the air..... again!

DOUBLE OUCH!!!

Hi nieghbor!

Yeah, but thank goodness that it falls under comprehensive coverage and my deductible is only $100, not $1000 like ky07 is having to come up with!

Hey I don't remember, you guys going in June or July this year?

BOTH! :lmao:

Here's itinerary:
June 26-28 UO
June 29-July 3 Disney Cruise
July 3-9 Father in law's in Ocala, Fl
July 9-12 UO again :rolleyes1

I cornered DH a while ago and told him i needed dates for 2008 vacation cuz hotel was gonna open to book soon..... so, we went over the calendar and he decided on ...... (drumroll please) 17 days... yep....a HALF month on vacation in Florida.... boy do I  my DH ;)

 and (sorry) but.... :rotfl2:

What's not great about them? The refs, parents, coaches...all the above? :rolleyes1 It's a shame.... it's fun, but I want him to learn the game ... and learn it right! His soccer coach plays in a mens league...so, he is learning and learning right!

Shop, shop, shop!! Tis the season....altho, I already have a pretty good dent in it.... :woohoo:

Well let's just say that DH is the only one teaching the girls HOW to play right. The rest are teaching them to win at all cost. When DH complained about all the intentional fouling the preacher that is heading up this league for the school said he didn't know what he wanted him to do about it. If they were to call fouls then they would never get a game over with, it would be constant fouls. Ummm, do you think that maybe that is a problem????:headache:

One game a couple of weeks ago I just lost it and finally yelled out when the ref called a jump ball. Our poor girl was almost flattend by the monster 4th grader that was almost twice as big as her before she tied up the ball. I yelled that wasn't a jump ball it was a foul. Ally told me after the game that the ref told them I was wrong, it was a jump ball. I then told her he was right the part he called was a jump ball, he just failed to call the foul that happened first. It has really been hard on the girls cause they just aren't an aggressive group, they're more finesse players!

I'll tell him. He's at work right now and I just tried to call his cell phone, but he didn't answer....he must be without a signal or real busy. I talked to him the other night about going ahead and making ressies, but he said we need to wait to see what his schedule is going to be. I say we should just stick with PLAN A.

Well if we end up in Florida instead of California we may be there during your second UO part.

And 17 days is great! My longest so far has been 20 days and I am not happy at all if my trip is less than 14 days. I'm shooting for the whole summer after Mikey graduates & we don't have to deal with summer ball anymore! I've already figured up how many DVC points I am going to have to buy to do it.:cool2:

That's a shame....why bother if you're not going to TEACH the CORRECT way? :confused3 Uh...is this 'preacher' a man of the cloth??? If so, I would have told him to 'get a set' and start being fair...what is this? The majors where the refs "own" the game? :confused3

No wonder you want it done for awhile....if it's not fair, they aren't calling consistantly and not teaching the right way....why bother? I agree.... You are a better person than me, cuz I wouldn't be able to hold back :sad2:

WOW....really the whole summer Lori? I'm gonna be so jealous!

yeah 100.00 would have been nice to pay but at least I did have to pay a deductible on the 12,300.00 in damage to the duplex or least thats what my landlord charged the insurance co.:scared1: :scared1:

I agree...if you're staying onsite, might want to think about making ressies...peeps are saying rooms aren't available and such...sounds like a busy summer.... :rolleyes1

That'd be cool...another DISer at the meet  Sounds like the family is really pushing for CA tho

We used to go for no more than 10 days....how we ended up with 17 I'll never know....okay, wait, I have an idea.... we only need 5 nights to get to the next level of LF membership....so, I told DH if we're staying 2 or 3 nights, may as well stay 5 and get to the next level! :thumbsup2 I would love to be there all summer....but ya know...we were gone for about 2 weeks this summer, and I was needing to feel "productive".... sitting around in the pool all day really doesn't "satisfy" you after a week :rolleyes1 :rotfl: I hope you can cover the DVC to do all summer....that'd be great!! :yay: Pop in DIS meet at Lori's place....

Yes, a man of the cloth and a friend of ours for a long time. It's just the way things happen around here and they are wondering why so few girls signed up this year. I can guarantee there will be even fewer girls next year.

WOW....really the whole summer Lori? I'm gonna be so jealous!

That will be the summer of 2010 and at least 6 - 7 weeks, although I wouldn't mind at all staying down there all 12 weeks! We will spend some of it at Vero Beach too. I should be able to meet up with lots of homies.;) DH probably won't be able to stay that long but I plan too with at least Ally.

$12,300 YIKES!:scared1: Was that on your collision insurance or a renters policy? My sister is the reason for my low deductibles. She worked for the insurance agent I use when my policies were set up and encouraged me to go with low deductibles. It really doesn't cost a whole lot more for us to have lower deductibles.
