Did any of you see Dog's interview on Larry King? It was kinda sad actually, him crying his eyes out and all.
Larry did appear to be to be kinda cold and unforgiving I think. I forgive him. He screwed up and at least he owned up to it. We all make mistakes. Yeah, it was a big one, but I am not to judge and have made plenty of huge ones of my own.

OMG, note to self: you cannot neglect this thread for a few days or you'll never catch up!

Janet, how is mom doing? I can't believe they screwed up like that. Allergies are usually one of the first things they ask. Hope she's OK. Or maybe you did give an update and I missed it?

Tricia, wow. That nephew of yours is a piece of work, eh? I don't think he realizes all the work that it takes the parents to have their kids in a wedding. Good luck with that! Enjoyed all your family pics too! (And, I know what you mean about always missing your dad. I was named for both my dad and granddad, and I've always been close to both of them, but when my granddad died, I didn't think I'd ever get over it. Twenty years later, I'm still not sure I'm over it.)

Barb, how is Bubba doing today? Feeling better?

Marcie and Lori, enjoyed your pics too! keep them coming.

Tracie, let the renovations begin! But don't do too much since it looks like a move to FL may be in your future? Let us know how that works out. And, thank you, got your card yesterday!

Gemma, loved your Halloween pics!

Rose, sorry about DH's interview and prospective job. Glad to hear that Grandma is doing better though!

Penny, I didn't see the Larry King interview with Dog, but I did see the one on Hannity and Colmes. I do believe he's very remorseful. I actually feel bad for him. He had a reasonable expectation of privacy as that conversation was with his son. That his own son sold him out to the Enquirer and ruined his career must be equally as devastating to him.

Sharon, it broke my heart that you needed a hug and the one you needed it from wasn't talking to you at the time. I hope that is worked out.

I am sure I am forgetting something. Please don't take it personally. I am just out of it right now and struggling to keep up.

Hi again everyone. So much for catching up today. Started waking up about midnight with a migraine and had it all day long as well as a very queasy stomach. I had spent the last three days with a friend helping her out all day and she smokes. I knew when I left yesterday evening that I had a mirgraine comiing on. Finally started feeling better this evening.

Also kept Ally home again today. She has been complaining of a ba tummy too. Had to pick her up from school two days last week & kept her home one. This week I had to pick her up Tuesday & have kept her home since. I'm hoping to get her to school tomorrow.

Barb - Hope Bubba is feeling better.

Rose - :grouphug: Glad to hear Grandma is doing better though.

Sharon - Hope you are doing better. Here's another :grouphug: just in case.

Jodie- I know what you mean, this thread can go wild some days! :scared1: Hope everythign is right in your world.

Tricia - Man that nephew is a piece of work. :headache: Joshua must be really excited about the party. Hope it all goes perfect!

Marcie - How was the play tonight? Is Stephen getting caught up? Poor kid!

Tracy - How are the beans? I'll pst another pic and tell you which one is me.:headache:

Katie - I don't think we ever got to see your Halloween pic! Glad to hear the smile is all fixed. Hope everything is okay with DF.

Gemma - Hope you are being careful. Don't remember if I commented on the Halloween pics or not, they were great!

DM - Wish I could have found a bigger Grinch smiley but that was all I could find.

Akdar - I gotta get over and finish reading your trippie. Did you have a fabulous time?

Damo - I hope you are doing okay. Haven't seen you around lately. :grouphug:

Hi Mac, Jennifer, Allison, Penny, Motherfletcher, and everyone else I missed. It's not intentional but my head is still a little fuzzy. I really need names or nicknames for those of you whose names are difficult to remember.

I'll try to post a few more pics.

Did any of you see Dog's interview on Larry King?
There was a guy at work that dressed up as Dog on Halloween. Actually he went way beyond dressed up. He bleached his hair blonde and had extensions sewn in. He had on what looked like an official swat uniform which is kind of scary because the office had already voted him "Most likely to go Postal". Geez, I was a pirate but didn't have to poke my eye out or saw off my leg!pirate:
So the real Dog goes nuts the next day and now there are some people at work that think the postal guy is a racist by association. Jerry! Jerry! Jerry!

Well so much for posting more pics last night. Photobucket was giving me fits. I will try again in just a bit.

As for all the gross stuff you guys are talking about, I think I will pass.

Was told last night that we have a case of MRSA at our high school. The kid was my neighbor before we built this house and moved out of town. I'll have to check on him later today.

By the way, where is everyone this morning?????

Okay here are some of my favorites. I booked the Grand Adventures in Cooking for Ally. She had a ball! They made the deserts and then went into the back lobby & cafe and handed out what they had made then got to sit and eat one themselves.

Afterwards we ate lunch at the Grand Floridian Cafe so I could order her one of those special deserts.

Very Yummy!

And here you go Tracy. There are very few pictures of me & I hate to post them. This is me and Ally.

just wanted to let you know/will probably lurk for awhile; pasting from another thread...

hi friends, i'm crushed

my mom is doing okay, but my baby kittie Bommer has passed. 17 great yeears of friendhsip, has had a good life (i rescued him, abandoned by neighbor who moved); honestly - the best pet i've ever been blessed with. Thought i could keep him home until the end, held him for 2 days, didn't work out - appeared to be in pain so i had to have him put to sleep. Here's a picture with him helping decorate for halloween - isn't he adorable?

I'm here, but I'm swamped. I have a cold, but I still have to get things ready around here. I'm running the cupcakes to Joshua's school for his birtday party about 1 this afternoon, so the crazy mode has been kicked up a notch!

I love the pics Lori! The ones of Ally in her chef outfit are too cute!

Janet - I am so incredibly sorry to hear about your kitty. He looks like a real sweetie. You've had a rough week. :grouphug: :grouphug: :grouphug:

Jodie - Good to see you posting. I was worried you had taken FUG down and we needed to come bail you out or something.

Motherfletcher - Your work sounds like a fun place, can I come visit?

DM & Mike - Always good to see you check in. Our little group can get too estrogen-ish when you guys and Todd disappear. ;)

I know that was a quick rundown, but I am doing my chicken-with-no-head routine over here. Happy Friday!

Janet - I am so sorry about your kitty. He looks adorable. It sure is hard to loose a pet. :grouphug: :grouphug: :grouphug: :grouphug:

Glad to hear mom is okay.

Tricia - Good luck with the chicken-with-head-cut-off routine.

Dear Janet,
I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your beloved cat.

me and Niles the Cat are thinking of you.

love,
Penny

It is tough to lose a pet. I told my kids that I'd rather lose one of them than our dog. They told me they weren't going to cry as much when I die than when Blue did.

On a lighter note:
My kids are pumped up for their high school football game tonight. Naples (9-0) is playing Greenwich Conn. (8-0) here in a game they think will sell out. Naples has outscored their 9 opponents 411-40 and are considered the frontrunner for the class 3A state title this year and Greenwich won their 6th state championship last year This year they have pounded the other teams 296-70. My daughter has attended all of the Naples home games and doesn't know that I managed to score a couple of tickets for her for tonight's game. I'll be Super Dad tonight!:woohoo:

Hey there, MF... did you know that I did my student teaching at Greenwich High School in CT? Now you know! With all the $$$$$$$$ in that school, you'd think they'd be able to buy their win.

Good luck with your game tonight!

P.S. Janet, sooooooo sorry for the loss of your kitty. I can't even imagine. :(

Hi all-
Haven't had a chance to catch up.
THank you all for your thoughts and hugs!
I'm doing a little better emotionally today.

I really haven't had a chance to catch up with everyone. Janet, sorry to hear about your cat

Where's Mac? I need a hug from her, too!

Remember when Kathy Lee was on Regis and she couldn't stop babbling about her yard monkey, Cody? Cody this and Cody that. Well Cody is playing tonight and his Hall of Fame running back daddy, Frank will be there. The internet trash talk is heated. They are calling us a rinky dink venue. What other city in the world has 2 Ritz Carltons for these rich people to stay in.

Wait... Frank and Kathie Lee's kid is playing high school football?

Man, I'm getting old.

Like I need a reminder. Here I was this afternoon juggling a huge bakery box, a bag with juice boxes and paper plates, trying keep Daniel from running wild, and I have to stop at the office to get a flippin visitors pass. :headache:

Yes, the cupcakes are really miniature bombs and I've disguised my compatriot as a runny-nosed 2 year old.

Oh, I'm not complaning. I understand the need for a photo ID check and all that. It was just that I felt every one of my 41 years as I tried to chase Daniel down the hall while he was screaming at the top of his lungs, "Jah-wah! Where are you? Jah-wah? I'm coming!" :sad2:

Janet - I am so truly sorry about the loss of your kitty. I know how hard it is to lose a furbaby

Hey MF,

Our High School Team (Ridley) is playing thier first round of the playoffs tonight. It's Ridley (9-0) vs. Interboro (8-2) They are expecting about 10,000 people there at the game as this is also the biggest local rivalry!! We were considering going to the game, but its going to be VERY cold and it is going to be live on the web at 6abc.com at 7PM (HS game of the week) so we will watch from here. I can tell what happens in the game just by standing on my deck......We can hear the announcers, band and crowd from here (HS is just up the road !) Here is where anyone interested can find the info: Ridley/Interboro game

GOOD LUCK!!!!
