Thanks Mac! He got the haircut maybe about a month ago - when we had all that really cold weather and days off of school. Probably got about 4 inches cut off! I forgot the pic of him when he got the last question right (and realized he'd won!):

Hey homies...

I've been busy all weekend. The boy went skiing Saturday. I packed some more and went over my list. Had to carry in wood. Picked up the boy at 11:30 PM.

Today, the boy and I went to the g-parents to say good bye. Then we got hair cuts, then dropped the boy off at a rollerskating b-day party. Hubs and I grabbed lunch at Applebee's, filled the truck w/gas & ran to Walmart for a few odds & ends to be thrown in the suitcases. I'm now throwing in the last load of laundry and finishing the packing. Because our Tuesday flight is so early (6 AM) and the airport is a 2 hour drive, we've decided to go up to Syracuse tomorrow and stay in a hotel that's 1 mile from the airport. Now we can sleep til 4 AM!

Getting so excited! 2 more sleeps and I'll be in my happy place!

Laurie...........it's almost here, hooray!!

that's a good idea to stay nearby the airport the night before.
i know you will have a fantastic time.....

if we don't hear from you tomorrow, we'll know where you are in the evening.

take lots of pics for us!!

I quoted myself...I was here yesterday (or the day before?)
On a happier note...almost all the ressies we need to make for vacation are made: airfare ($417 r/t for the 3 of us on SW :cool1: ), hotel @ airport, PBH and rental car. Only thing left is transportation from PBH to MCO. Almost done.....

So, that's my note...do with it whatcha feel is best ;)

Hi to everyone :wave2: Be well.

Hi Barb, glad your hubby is OK, you can always relace a car!!!

I love SW, I had booked our flight home for our May trip a month ago, at $99, and Friday when I checked it was down to $59, so of course I re-booked our rezzie, and now have $80 credit for our October trip!! I just wish SW flew to Atlanta, as we are going there before Orlando in May for my nephew's graduation. But I did get flights from Philly to Atlanta on Airtran for $54. So I really can't complain :thumbsup2

you are a lucky ducky alrighty.......

how romantic;) , wish my DH did horror flicks:rolleyes:

mac - thank u so much for the detailed response, im going to print it out & have ma read it; maybe she'll change her mind! if it were me, id be trying everything they offered:confused3 think she's just plain tired of everything

ps i've heard grown men say getting a knee drained was the most painful thing they've ever experienced:scared:

u r a trooper::yes::

I went through this for about 2 years, having my knee drained every few months, they never figured out why it was filling up, then it just stopped doing it??? This was about 10 years ago. I do remember the fluid looked a lot like a thicker beer, almost like a Lager, or Porter :rotfl:

The pain was worse for me when it was full and I could barely bend it enough to walk. The relief after the fluid was removed was awesome!

I lol'd at the girl on the left side of the picture. For some reason in my mind she is saying "I'm gonna get him on the way out". I'm weird I know. :rotfl:

HI all-
Watching the Grammys here.

Here are my comments on the Grammys so far....
Nice to see U2! :thumbsup2
(did you know Bono stalked my senior pastor a few yrs back?)Hope it's ok to say that word, but he really did! For a good cause :goodvibes

Always love Al Green- WooHoo! Always loved the song "Let's Stay Together".
Don't know why he wore sunglasses during the performance?

Nice to see Whitney!

OMG, I was just commenting on Coldplay's outfits- I had just told
DH how they look like Sgt. Pepper's clothing, before they said to Paul McCartney in the audience! :rotfl2:

And who's that woman sitting with Paul?? I do remember he was dating an old friend of theirs(him and Linda) over a yr ago, I cannot remember her name, but I do recognize her.

Jennifer Hudson did an excellent performance- what a beautiful song!
I was crying with her :sad1:

Just remembered Paul's girlfriend's name- Nancy Shevell- very old friend of Linda's.

Oooh! DD Chrissy just became a Jonas Brothers fan! :cloud9:
It was nice to see Stevie Wonder and the Jonas Bros perform together!

It was great to see Paul!
He looks so much more relaxed since getting rid of the witch (his ex)

Marcie- congrats to your DS  :cool1:

Gonna get going now.

Have a good evening :)
